Who We Are
Functional AI Partners (FunAi) is an AI Staff development and placement agency based in Singapore. We build, train, and deploy AI-powered team members — what we call AI Staff — that integrate directly into your business operations.
Founded by Zenta Nishida, a management consultant with over twenty years of cross-border experience between Japan and Southeast Asia, FunAi was born from a simple observation: businesses don’t need more software — they need staff who happen to be AI.
Our AI Staff handle real tasks — answering calls, managing schedules, sorting photos, processing documents — so your human team can focus on work that requires judgment, creativity, and relationships.

Founded FunAi to bridge the gap between enterprise AI and practical business operations.
