Week 7 of Functional AI Partners’ public “Project AI Native” tested not the four roles — they held — but Zenta himself. The team’s self-built skills are now connected into a single Cowork Project, complete with a claude.md, memory.md, knowledge.md, status.md and even a MYOB.md. Zenta proposed standardizing the flow around MYOB’s own modules; the room went silent, and he realized the silence was right — fitting the work to the software would add human hours back forever, the exact cost the project exists to remove. So MYOB is de-centred: Claude runs documents-in to management-accounts-out, and the software becomes the destination, not the blueprint. Meanwhile the expense-claim accountant figured out the next prompts herself, and Zenta apologized for a call he reversed in front of the whole team. Do it simple. Do not build your AI around the software you already own. Build it around the outcome, and let the software be a stop on the way, not the map.
