In 2023, we have started our “AI Project Internship” to create “Truthful Disruption” to the market by providing solutions to Human Inefficiency. We aim to bring in and form up our Young Talents early to break “future” jobless concerns.
Objective
What we wish to achieve through AI Internship
We truly believe “AI Solution” is an area where college students can claim their values right after their graduations. We would like to add “Real World” experience to their future careers while they are studying to help them realize what it takes to be successful. At the same time, it’s our great opportunity to learn from them in this super fast-changning tech industry.
- Develop Technical Skills – Interns will work on AI research, development, and deployment, gaining expertise in machine learning, automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Encourage Problem-Solving – Each mission presents a unique AI challenge, requiring teams to research, experiment, and innovate to create effective solutions.

Gain Hands-On AI Experience with Real-World Projects
Joining an AI internship is more than just learning theories—it’s about applying AI to real-world challenges. Regardless of the mission topic, interns will gain practical experience in AI research, development, and deployment. This program is designed to enhance technical expertise, teamwork, and problem-solving skills—essential for building a successful career in artificial intelligence.
Learn AI by Doing: Research, Experiment, and Innovate
Interns are not required to be experts when they start. Instead, they will be encouraged to research, experiment, and collaborate to develop AI solutions. If required by a team, you will receive a regular mentorship & guidance provided by our staff. Our staff is instructed to leave “decision-making” process to a team itself.
Explore Diverse AI Topics Through Dynamic Missions (FUN Topics)
This Internship is “Mission-driven” style and interns are not required to check into our office as they are concurrently required to study for schools. Unlike traditional internships, where projects are predefined, our Intern missions are designed to be “in Unknown Territory” and “FUN”. Therefore , interns have to enjoy this challenge to unknown territory in business world with AI automation,prediscitve modelling and communication chatbot development.

With FunAI, we have full access to the newest tools available, we can be creative and create many kinds of projects, the limit is our creation. Because of that, the scope of work may change during different projects, and I have learnt many new things during the internship.
In this internship, the company presented a problem, and my team and I were responsible for developing a solution on our own. We applied our existing knowledge and conducted additional research from various sources to complete the project independently, without direct supervision.

Requirements
We are seeking students who are:
- Passionate & Enthusiastic about their future (Both fear & excitement)
- Enjoy more value-creation & loves competition
- Independent (No babysitters in real world)
- Who can share the same fear & excitements toward ever fast-changing future.
Criterias for Roles in a team
Each team consists of 3 team members (open to all majors) Each team member is assigned a role:
- TECH: Full-stack Developer. CS/IT Major. Familiar with AI-Development stage and AI-Programming languages. Up to date with new ways of coding such as Vibe-Coding, etc.
- PRESENTER: Fluent in English Presentation. Quick learner to answer any questions from audience and loves new idea & brain storming.
- ARCHITECT: In charge of Business Intelligence and develop viable business strategy & methodology for business project. Deep understanding about UI/UX design and customer insights.

Commonly asked questions by applicants
Can we use existing tools, or do we have to build the solution entirely from scratch?
Each team is free to integrate existing tools available on the market into your solution. The primary goal is to solve the problem effectively and meet the deliverables. Keep in mind that your team budget for tool acquisition and trial is capped at $1,000. We will open our current development tools & environments to specifically for our interns.
Is there any required training before joining the internship?
No, there is no mandatory training. This internship gives you full creative freedom to develop your own ideas and turn them into real-world solutions.
Will there be collaboration opportunities after internship ended?
We are open for collaboration as we value relationship building with people we work before.
What makes this AI internship unique?
Unlike traditional internships, you won’t receive step-by-step instructions. Instead, you’ll have the freedom to apply your knowledge, experiment with your ideas, and develop real-world solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to think independently, innovate, and make an impact. Simply put, our founder is a humble student, and you are his teacher. We will treat you accordingly.
